The testimony of an expert at trial can make or break an attorney’s case. This session will present a mock expert examination reflecting both plaintiff and defense perspectives and exposing the pitfalls litigators often face in preparing and presenting expert testimony. It will also provide commentary from an experienced trial judge regarding the mock examination.
