With all the recent media coverage of executives allegedly engaging in disapproving if not unlawful behavior, many companies are grappling with the question of what to do when chief executives are implicated. When the allegations are directed at your key leaders, time is of the essence, but who will investigate, and how, is not as clear. Your very brand may be at risk. Loyalties can block fact finding and the court of public opinion can be just as important – or more than – the actual courts.

Integrating proven strategies, the lessons of history, and our experience in building employer investigation packets, Littler attorneys will walk in-house counsel and human resources through interlocking issues, such as preserving privilege, electronic data, who “needs to know,” self-reporting and the type of report and recommendations to generate.
