With the Department of Labor (DOL) commencing a series of Listening Sessions, the "White Collar" Overtime Rules are again on the changing table. Issued under the Fair Labor Standards Act, these regulations implement exemptions from the overtime pay requirements for executive, administrative, professional, and certain other employees.
