This presentation will be an interactive discussion on key international employment and labor law developments impacting employers with global operations. The program will outline key labor law developments in the EU, Latin America, the U.S. and beyond to help keep your organization legally compliant.

Our multijurisdictional speakers will cover the following topics:

  • What keeps European employers awake at night? Gender pay equity, the rise of the gig and digital economies, #MeToo/sexual harassment, the use of AI and robotics, Brexit, and immigration policy changes
