The employment law trends that will fundamentally alter the public sector workplace have already started. The wheels are in motion. The future of the workplace is being determined right now in Congress, the courts, the enforcement agencies and the Arizona legislature. Dramatic changes in the economy, technology and the available workforce will forever change daily routines.
This program will identify and discuss the most important developments in federal and Arizona labor and employment law in the public sector. Additionally, it will provide practical suggestions for responding to and implementing necessary changes in the workplace to assist in responding to new developments.
