Professional Responsibility In Non-Competition, Trade Secret, and Related Claims

This one-hour seminar will focus on trade secret and non-competition substantive law as a platform from which to develop and explain issues of attorney professional responsibility. These substantive areas of law are an ideal basis from which to understand ethics rules: as the Supreme Court put it, the trade secret law “maintains important standards of commercial ethics.”
