Littler’s Miami office, and co-host Welch Consulting, will provide local HR professionals and in-house counsel with a strategic update regarding pay equity issues, DOL ramifications, and preemptive audits.

This program will explore the best practices and methodologies for assessing pay equity, including how to maintain a privileged pay audit, and what to do with the results. The panelists will identify unintended consequences and risks related to pay inequities and discuss strategies for maintaining compliance, defending pay inequity claims in the courts and before administrative agencies, and how to more effectively address pay disparities in the workplace.
