Policies and practices long-accepted by employers as valid and lawful are under attack by the NLRB. Policies regarding access to property, use of communication systems, social media usage and restriction, bans on video and audio recording, internal dispute resolution and many other commonly adopted HR policies are being challenged and held unlawful under the National Labor Relations Act. This seminar will identify the areas targeted by the NLRB and offer compliance strategies and alternatives in response to the NLRB’s enforcement actions.
