It is a busy year at the Legislature, with over 60 employment-related bills introduced that, if enacted, promise significant changes and new requirements for employers. A new definition for sexual harassment, paid family and medical leave insurance, paid family leave bills, new wage theft prohibitions, and a host of other employment law changes are making their way through the House and Senate. What do those bills entail and what is the likelihood they are signed into law by May 20, 2019?  Littler's Workplace Policy Institute will guide you through the busiest Legislative session in years and provide you with the knowledge to prepare for these new mandates. The speakers will also offer guidance on how to make your voice heard as we approach final votes on these proposals.
