Managing Your Managers: How To Effectively Train and Work with them to Limit Employment-related Claims

Managers play a crucial role in employment decision-making, but often do so without knowledge of their employer's legal requirements or input from their human resources department. As a result, litigation claims may arise simply due to a lack of understanding.
