The next Breakfast Club Event will cover some of the most significant FMLA and ADA updates in the last year, and how those changes might impact Maine employers. The speakers will also discuss Portland's hotly contested new sick leave proposal that would require employers to give their full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.

This series is geared toward business professionals, business owners, in-house counsel, and human resource managers for businesses of all types and sizes across Maine. Each session will have a primary focus and goal of leveraging the collective experiences of the attendees by encouraging open discussion and answering attendee questions about best practices, as well as strategies adopted by other companies for addressing employment related challenges.
