It has become apparent the coronavirus (COVID-19) is going to dominate employment and labor law issues for the foreseeable future. As Indiana employers begin to return their nonessential employees to the workplace, they must stay informed of the evolving labor and employment law challenges in maintaining a compliant COVID-19 work environment. Indianapolis attorneys present this webinar series, where each session will provide practical advice on a range of topics.

Pandemic-related regulations adopted at the national, state, and local levels have spawned a range of litigation claims in recent months – some new and unique to COVID-19 and some very traditional claims applied to the current circumstances. In this session, Littler's Al McLaughlin will identify litigation trends arising throughout the United States and explain the nature of the claims already filed, as well as claims we could see in the coming months. He also will review results of Littler's survey of hundreds of employers identifying the claims they are seeing already and those they anticipate. Finally, he will address some steps to minimize the risks of such lawsuits.
