President Barack Obama issued a memorandum to the Secretary of Labor on March 13, 2014, directing the Secretary to modernize and streamline the existing Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime regulations for executive, administrative, and professional employees. The Department of Labor is expected to publish the proposed rules in June 2015.

The revised FLSA overtime exemptions will affect nearly all employers. How might the salary test change? What happens to the duties test? Which industries will be most affected? Don't miss hearing what lies ahead for the FLSA's overtime provisions.
