An overview of key U.S. employment/HR law: The session will be of interest to UK or EU HR professionals and in-house counsel who have any responsibility for U.S. based HR operations. It will also be useful for professionals in UK or EU subsidiaries of U.S. businesses who would like to know more about how their U.S.based colleagues think about HR issues.
This breakfast briefing will include:

- Key employment law issues every U.S. workplace needs to know about
- Compensation and benefits
- Managing U.S. based employee exits
Following the session there will be an opportunity to network with other attendees and to check in with our U.S. team on a one-to-one basis.
