Employers face varied and often-complex legal and operational challenges when addressing employees with medical conditions. The evolving law, increased enforcement and employees’ own expectations put employers in the difficult position of having to balance their legal obligations while still running their businesses. This session will include a survey of the current Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act case law and discuss some of the most common issues and challenges.
