This panel presentation will cover the to-dos, what-ifs and practical application for those times when the Federal Government knocks on your company's door and the crucial and daunting action plans that fall into your lap. This news themed style session will include discussion of visits and audits by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The speakers will also review some of the changes in enforcement actions under the current administration.
