Presenting a WLI (Women's Leadership Initiative) luncheon featuring an informative and interactive program, where you will walk away with practical insights on how to encourage employees to work together to build a more inclusive environment through allyship. During the program, the speakers will examine why allyship is more important than ever within the context of the Rules of Professional Conduct and relevant case law. They will also discuss what it means to be a good ally and the business benefits that come from fostering a more inclusive culture.
Allyship can take many forms, and tapping into support for employees who have not historically had a voice — introverts, for example — can help ensure your workforce is performing at its highest potential. Roundtable discussions over lunch will provide opportunities for participants to build connections with one another and share strategies and solutions.
