Do you remember Erica, our “employee from hell?” After causing all kinds of problems, she went to school and received her bachelor’s degree. Now she is back with the same employer, only this time, the tables have turned and Erica is the new human resources director. Watch as she navigates the rough waters of employee complaints, ranging from religious discrimination to accommodations for medical marijuana. The speakers discuss how the “employee from hell” can take many forms and there is not a one size fits all response to most employee complaints.
