There are multiple traps for the unwary as states and localities add to the patchwork of requirements already imposed by the FCRA. Even employers with significant dedication to pre-employment screening compliance continue to be trapped by varying “technical violations" amid the inconsistent legal regulations. With new and evolving theories of liability under the FCRA complicating this backdrop, employers can often feel helpless.

This program, geared toward employers, in-house counsel and human resource professionals, is a true roundtable discussion: lectern-free with the unique opportunity to share insights and vet challenges with industry colleagues.
