This webinar will provide an overview of the scope and general requirements of the newly-passed San Francisco Retail Workers Bill of Rights and updates on the San Francisco Office of Labor Standard's efforts to implement this legislation. The webinar also will discuss the NY Attorney General’s recent investigation of retailers use of “on-call” shifts and what retailers in NY can expect going forward.
