On August 1, 2019, the Dallas and San Antonio Earned Paid Sick Time Ordinances will go into effect. These ordinances will require most employers to provide paid sick or safe time to eligible employees working within the cities of Dallas and San Antonio.
In this webinar, we will examine the current status of the ordinances, provide tips for compliance, and answer employers' most frequently asked questions.
