Chicago In-House Counsel Roundtable

This is not your typical briefing or seminar, but rather a forum for select in-house labor and employment counsel to get together to talk about issues of mutual interest and concern. The topics to be covered in the roundtable are:

• #MeToo – Has it affected the number and nature of complaints in the workplace? Has it impacted workplace culture? Has it impacted best practices?
• Investigations and Compliance – Has #MeToo impacted workplace investigations and compliance practices? What are the most challenging investigations issues, and when does it require third party investigation?
