With recent statutory and regulatory changes to California OSHA's (Cal/OSHA) recordkeeping rules, employers need to act now to ensure that their recordkeeping practices and procedures are fully compliant. Cal/OSHA has required electronic submission of OSHA 300A summary forms and, through recent legislation, is authorized to issue citations to employers for violations of the recordkeeping rule well beyond the six month statute of limitations applicable to other Cal/OSHA violations. Starting in 2019, California employers will face increased scrutiny on their OSHA recordkeeping logs and recordability determinations.

This one-day intensive OSHA recordkeeping training includes:

  • Participation in the one-day training session
  • Extensive background and guidance material
  • Recordability “decision-logic"
  • Course Completion Certificate
