The new Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting rules are complicated, tedious, and sometimes counter-intuitive. In this first of a two-part series on the new rules, topics will include basic reporting guidelines - who should report, which forms are used for what reporting, and what data you’ll need. In November, tune in for Part 2: the Advanced Course, which will tackle the Line 14 and Line 16 codes, qualifying offers of coverage, and sample reporting scenarios.
