2012 ushered in major legislative developments and saw significant changes in employment and labor law that will dramatically affect employers in California and the Bay Area, in particular. These changes will go into effect in 2013. Littler is pleased to host our annual Bay Area Employment Law Updates to identify the changes in store, discuss the impact they will have on your human resources and employment practices, and provide helpful advice and timely solutions to deal with the constantly evolving workplace.
