We will focus on the many compliance issues that are of greatest concern to human resource professionals, administrators, and other managers on a day-to-day basis. Some of the highlights include:

• Legal Update - New legislation and cases affecting public schools
• Social Media - How are employers monitoring text messaging in the workplace — and whether you are free to use what you learn from social networking sites in hiring and personnel management
• Training - What School Employees Need to Know about Bullying and Harassment: An interactive training on addressing and dealing with bullying and harassment in school settings

$45 registration fee
