This program will discuss the most significant developments in laws affecting the workplace over the past year, and provide a strategic road map for dealing with these changes in your workplace. We will cover "must know" information and practical suggestions for adjusting operations and policies to bring employers into compliance with new requirements.
Littler attorneys will share real-life case studies and reveal strategies and tactics they have used to effectively minimize risk and defend against costly and potentially devastating litigation.
The charge for this program is $125 per person. A light breakfast and lunch are included in the cost, as well as a copy of the National Employer™ Handbooks. Valet parking at the Four Seasons will be validated.
