Michael Lotito’s perspective is featured in Workforce Management’s article on the DOL’s “persuader” rule, the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA).  According to Lotito, the expanded reporting requirement "intrudes into the confidentiality between lawyer and client" and will leave HR managers uncertain as to what does and does not constitute "advice."
