Employers turn to tests to weed out job seekers

Online job applicants are increasingly being asked to take personality tests before they are even interviewed by a hiring manager. The growing use of these tests in the hiring process is uncharted territory and could pose potential risks.  According to Appleby, “There’s an increase in the use of these tests to weed out people because of the Internet….”   Appleby comments throughout the article.
