George J. Tichy advises clients in employment and labor law matters involving:

He has argued cases before both state and federals courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He also appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and other state and federal agencies.
Additionally, George has testified before the United States Senate's Subcommittee on Labor and before the House's Subcommittee on Labor Management Relations concerning proposed Labor Reform. He also served as a panelist in various seminars involving labor relations and litigation.

George has held numerous positions of leadership at Littler Mendelson. He formerly served as a name shareholder, vice chairman, and executive vice president and treasurer. He also is a former member of the Executive Committee and former chairman of the firm's Finance Committee. Previously, he served on behalf of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management as an Examiner for the selection of Administrative Law Judges.
