Whistleblower Claims? Get HR Involved Early, Labor Lawyer Says

In this article, Earl “Chip” Jones offers insight on the role of HR professionals in whistleblower investigations based on the results of Littler’s National Whistleblower Survey that found two-thirds of the mostly S&P 500 companies that participated expect claims to increase in the coming months.  Jones explains that HR must be involved in whistleblower investigations early, particularly in smaller companies, and that training supervisors and managers on how to handle whistleblower claims in the workplace is critical.
