Littler attorneys will discuss the initiatives set in motion by the current administration to provide a faster path to obtaining lawful permanent residency for professionals who are experts in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). This process, if implemented, will greatly expedite the timeline of attaining permanent residency for eligible AI experts by circumventing the first step of the green card process through the U.S. Department of Labor.
