Littler's 2023 Puerto Rico Employer Conference will feature an exploration of the most significant developments in labor and employment law and the emerging trends impacting the workplace. This year's conference will tackle the new era of labor and employment law and current and complex issues employers are facing, including:

Some sessions will be conducted in Spanish, and some will be bilingual.

The conference is designed specifically for in-house legal counsel and mid- to senior-level executives in compliance, diversity, employee benefits, employee relations, human resources, privacy and workforce solutions.

Professional Development and Continuing Education
Littler is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review. CLE certification is pending approval.
