Edward Tsui (pronounced "Choi") is an aggressive litigator and represents employers in all matters related to workers' compensation, as well as Labor Code 132(a) discrimination claims, and serious and willful misconduct claims.
His practice focuses on defending technology companies and gig economy companies on classification issues (i.e. independent contractor vs. employee) that intersect with the workers' compensation arena. Ed also collaborates with Littler attorneys and local counsel throughout the U.S. to protect clients' interests in workers' compensation matters in all 50 states.

Prior to joining Littler, Ed was a managing attorney at his previous firm’s Orange County office. He gained extensive experience in workers' compensation litigation including leading more than two dozen bench trials, taking hundreds of depositions of claimants and medical examiners, and submitting appeals to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
