As a skilled litigator, Jemuel Gascon understands and addresses the challenges that employers face every day. Notably, he argued and won a dispositive motion in federal court in just his second year of practice. He has successfully compelled arbitration for a PAGA claim and has settled many cases involving wrongful termination and discrimination. Jemuel has also represented employers before the EEOC, OSHA, and CRD and achieved successful results.
Before joining Littler, Jemuel clerked for the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Eastern District of California in the Criminal Division, interned for the Sundance Institute, and volunteered as an intern for the New American Legal Clinic (NALC), which provides legal immigration services to under resourced individuals in the Central Valley. Additionally, before pursuing a legal career, Jemuel was heavily involved in the medical field, which makes him knowledgeable of the nuances of that industry. His diverse work experience and background will allow him to tackle any questions or issues any clients will face.
He is admitted to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
