Perspectiva General

Amanda Ploof represents and advises employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her experience includes representing employers on various aspects of traditional labor law, including union elections, organizing drives, and unfair labor practice charges under the National Labor Relations Act. She represents a diverse group of clients across different industries in litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Prior to joining Littler, Amanda clerked for the Hon. Elizabeth E. Foote of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. During law school, Amanda externed for the Hon. U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Cohen for the Eastern District of Missouri.
