With the results of the 2020 election technically behind us, but key questions about the control of Congress still unanswered, members of Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute will offer analysis and keen insight into what the election results may mean for employers  - in particular, how will the course of labor and employment law be changed; and how can you help your company navigate these changes? While it is impossible to predict with any degree of certainty what any administration might do – particularly during these unsettled times – we hope to provide you with some understanding of what the Biden administration and Congress will mean for the world of work.

Specific topics will include:

  • What do the election results mean for workforce policy?
  • Where will the 117th Congress focus its attention in labor and employment policy?
  • What administration workforce priorities and initiatives can employers expect in the coming year?
  • What states will pursue a more aggressive labor agenda?
  • How will the election results impact the labor agencies (DOL, NLRB, EEOC)?

Littler's Workplace Policy Institute® partners with the employer community to engage in legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts on issues that impact your workplace. We provide clients with unique insights into local, state and federal labor policy developments and work to affect workplace policies throughout the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.
