In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the DOL's proposed regulations on tip pools, including the prohibition on sharing tips with supervisors and management, as well as the impact on tip management and credit card processing fees. They will also discuss the DOL's proposed regulation eliminating the 80/20 interpretation of the dual jobs regulation, which would reduce risk to employers in assigning various job tasks traditionally assigned to tipped employees. Finally, presenters will talk about the importance of commenting on the proposed regulations in advance of the December agency deadline.
