On June 18, 2019, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development released final MA PFML regulations, offering further clarification to one of the most generous paid family and medical leave programs in the nation.

Attorneys from Littler's Boston office will discuss in detail these new developments and amended deadlines for the new Paid Family and Medical Leave law affecting Massachusetts employers. They will be joined by Marjory Robertson, AVP and Senior Counsel for Sun Life, a leading provider of employee benefits in the U.S. Marjory works on Sun Life's statutory paid family and medical leave products and services, including MA PFML and will be able to provide guidance about MA PFML private plan options as well as how MA PFML benefits may impact your other employee benefits, including short term disability.
