Francis J. Bingham

Francis J. Bingham represents employers before state and federal courts and agencies. He has experience litigating disputes involving noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment statutes.

Representative matters include: 

• Defended international food service company against class action suit alleging violations of federal and state tip statutes
• Defended financing company in class action involving alleged violations of overtime requirements
• Second-chaired in defense against whistleblower action on behalf of financial institution
• Litigated all matters of discrimination and retaliation suits brought under federal and local statutes

In law school, Francis served on the executive board of the Boston College Law Review.
