Francis J. Bingham represents employers before state and federal courts and agencies. He has experience litigating disputes involving noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment statutes.
Representative matters include:
- Defended international food service company against class action suit alleging violations of federal and state tip statutes
- Defended financing company in class action involving alleged violations of overtime requirements
- Second-chaired in defense against whistleblower action on behalf of financial institution
- Litigated all matters of discrimination and retaliation suits brought under federal and local statutes
In law school, Francis served on the executive board of the Boston College Law Review.
