San Francisco, CA (January 28, 2014) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has appointed Atlanta Shareholder Lisa “Lee” Schreter as the chairperson of the firm’s Board of Directors. Schreter succeeds former chairman Garry Mathiason and is the first non-California attorney to serve in this role in the firm’s history. Mathiason, co-chair of the firm’s Robotics Practice, will continue his active practice representing employers on complex labor and employment matters. Four new members also were appointed to the board: Scott Forman (Miami), James Oh (Chicago), Mark Schneider (Minneapolis), and Ted Schroeder (Pittsburgh).

Schreter is co-chair of Littler’s Wage and Hour Practice and focuses on representing employers in complex class and collective actions involving overtime and other wage-related claims. Oh has a nationwide practice that focuses on representing management in class action and employment litigation of all kinds.
