The FirstGen affinity group is for Littler attorneys who identify as the first in their families to graduate from college or professional school, enter a professional career, or come from low-income or working-class backgrounds, and their allies. The group fosters a sense of community, supports professional growth, and helps demystify the unwritten rules of the legal profession. Through mentorship, storytelling, allyship, and outreach, the group aims to empower first-generation professionals and contribute to an inclusive firm culture.
