Littler attorney Jeremy Roth is quoted in this article discussing the U.S. Supreme Court's upholding of the majority of President Barack Obama's health care form bill. One of the provisions set to go into effect in 2014 requires that companies that employ 50 or more full-time employees are required to provide health care coverage for their workers or pay an annual penalty. "What is the definition of full time?" asks Roth. "That is something everyone is keeping an eye on."
