Tessa J. Gelbman serves as Knowledge Management Counsel for Littler Mendelson’s Healthcare Practice Group and Publications Review Committee, and focuses on legislative and regulatory developments that impact labor and employment law. Tessa closely monitors new bills, federal agency activities, congressional hearings, U.S. Supreme Court cases, and executive orders for Littler’s Legislative and Regulatory Practice. She also edits the firm’s DC Employment Law Update and Healthcare Employment Counsel blogs.
She has also advised and litigated on behalf of management clients concerning a variety of matters, including:
