Littler

Kevin O'Neill specializes in the instructional design and presentation of employment law training programs for Littler Mendelson through the Littler Learning Group, which provides compliance training solutions. He has conducted training for more than 50,000 managers and employees throughout the United States.  He has developed unique expertise in several areas, including individual harassment prevention training, ethics and compliance counseling, management consulting, conflict resolution and conducting lawful investigations. His employment law expertise encompasses a wide variety of labor and employment issues, such as disputes arising under:

  • Title VII
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Federal Sentencing Guidelines
  • A variety of state statutes

Beyond the practice of law, Kevin brings a diverse skill set to Littler Mendelson, possessing a stage, film and video background both behind and in front of the scenes. As a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild, he works with the Littler Learning Group and numerous practice groups throughout Littler to provide innovative presentation design to many facets of Littler’s client needs. He has designed and presented high-end training programs to scores of leading human resources professionals and legal and executive decision-makers throughout the United States.  He also acted as president of his own training organization, focusing on employment law, performance management, leadership and communication skills training. He served as a featured presenter for a nationally-renowned training organization, CareerTrack.

In law school, Kevin served as an editor for the Moot Court Board.
