With the results of the 2020 election behind us, attorneys from Littler's Pittsburgh office will offer analysis and insight into what the election results may mean for employers - in particular, how will the direction of labor and employment law change, and how can employers prepare to navigate these changes? It is impossible to predict what any administration will do – particularly in these unsettled times – but we hope to provide you with some understanding of what the changed political landscape will mean for the world of work.

Specific topics will include:

  • What do the election results mean for workforce policy?
  • Where might the 117th Congress focus its attention in the area of labor and employment policy?
  • What administration workforce priorities and initiatives can employers expect in the coming year?
  • What should we expect from the NLRB, EEOC, DOL and other executive branch agencies?

Time:

8:45 - 10:00 a.m. ET
