Panoramica

Deborah Margolis is one of GQ|Littler’s senior associates and practises both contentious and non-contentious employment law for businesses, advising clients on a wide of range of matters, from employee relations matters to terminations and large scale projects, often with an international element. Deborah specialises in data protection law and is one of the firm's subject matter experts. She was recently seconded to a client as their in-house counsel to manage their GDPR implementation project.

Deborah has significant contentious experience and has worked on a number of complex Tribunal and EAT claims as well as High Court litigation.

Deborah joined GQ|Littler in January 2016, having trained at a boutique employment law firm and worked in the employment department of an international City firm. Deborah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
