PITTSBURGH, PA (April 17, 2012) – Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has added Daniel E. Wille as a shareholder in its ERISA and Benefit Plan Litigation and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practices. Wille, formerly of Reed Smith LLP, brings nearly 25 years of benefits litigation and 23 years of substantive benefits experience to Littler’s growing Pittsburgh office.

“The Pittsburgh office continues to experience steady growth and we are excited to have an attorney with Dan’s talent and abilities join our ranks,” said John Cerilli, Pittsburgh office managing shareholder. “The firm’s employee benefits and ERISA litigation practices are core areas of growth for Littler and Dan’s depth of knowledge and extensive experience will be beneficial as we continue to expand our capabilities in this area.”
