HAMBURG, Germany (October 4, 2016) – Littler Global member vangard, a leading labor and employment law firm in Germany, has added Tobias Berdesinski as a partner to its growing German platform. Formerly a partner at Ruge • Krömer, Berdesinski focuses his practice on retirement plans, employee benefits and pensions, and also specializes in co-determination rights of employees and business restructuring.

With the addition of Berdesinski, the Hamburg office now has seven labor and employment lawyers, including four partners. vangard has rapidly grown throughout Germany since it simultaneously opened its first offices in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Munich in 2013, followed by Berlin in 2014, now with 16 partners and 13 associates across all offices.
