Juan Carlos Varela is an international attorney licensed and admitted to practice before the courts in Venezuela only. He focuses his practice on representing and advising clients on matters involving:

Juan Carlos is the office-managing shareholder of Littler Mendelson's Caracas office in Venezuela and he also spends time in the Miami office. He supports the interests of clients in the entire Latin America region. He is actively involved in the firm's International Employment and Labor Law Practice Group.
Juan Carlos is a labor law professor at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He also has written numerous articles on labor-related issues and is regarded as one of the best labor lawyers in Venezuela.
